MUST HAVES:3+ years of relevant experience in UEM solutions, product management, or technical marketing in the end user computing software industryCreating Slides/desks for enablement teamPowerpoint skillsCourse design skillsSupport with lab creationHands-on experience with the IT tools below:Endpoint management (UEM) solutions such as Omnissa Workspace One or Microsoft IntuneIf they do not have workspace one but they do have MS intune will you consider themIf they have the Omnissa experience great BUTJust need to have UEMExposure to endpoint security and identity solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and explain new technologies to other people.The position will require not only learning and understanding our technology through your own hands-on work with it but also explaining it to practitioners who need to understand it.Written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.Plusses:Familiarity with other solutions in the end user computing space is a plus.Familiarity with Windows operating system and lifecycle management tools is a plus.Day to Day:An Insight Global technology client is looking for a Technical Content Developer for the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team. If you have a background in technical enablement, such as a Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or a Technical Support Engineer, and want to grow into a role where you can create content that enables our customers to learn our products, then this role is for you!You will play a key role in enabling our customers, partners, and internal technical staff by creating technical guidance that will be published on our premier technical enablement platform. You will also deliver technical enablement content to both internal and external audiences.The ideal candidate is someone who is results-driven and enjoys collaborating with colleagues, partners, and customers. This candidate must also love technology, embrace new challenges, and be willing to travel to present to customers and deliver technical enablement when necessary. This position requires a great deal of intellectual curiosity to be successful. There must be a strong desire to learn new things and to present the knowledge you gain to others. A considerable amount of the work we do involves learning how things work and building content to teach others.compensation: $40-65hour will vary dependent on level of experience, education, etc.
