Manager On Duty
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Manager on Duty, also referred to as MOD, is focused on welcoming members, volunteers, and staff throughout the facility, connecting people, supporting members toward their goals, and inviting individuals to get more involved with the YMCA. The MOD is also responsible for the building operations in safety, conduct, and age appropriateness during designated hours. This position requires weekend availability. Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages and lifestyles. Ability to consistently enforce YMCA policies. Must be 18 years of age or older. Working knowledge of a computers and experience with a variety of software applications.
