As the business expands, Level Up Installation L.L.C. is seeking detail-oriented team members who can contribute to efficient financial and administrative processes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper/Assistant role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Bookkeeper/Assistant will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and preparing basic financial reports. The role will also involve entering and reviewing journal entries, maintaining organized financial records, and supporting the use of accounting software. In addition, this team member will assist with general administrative tasks such as organizing documents, supporting scheduling or project coordination, and communicating with vendors or clients as needed. The position requires close collaboration with management to ensure accurate financial data and smooth office operations.QualificationsStrong bookkeeping skills, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers.Experience preparing or supporting Financial Statements and understanding basic Finance principles.Proficiency with Accounting Software and comfort learning new digital tools and systems.Ability to create and review Journal Entries (Accounting) with attention to accuracy and proper classification.High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration; experience in construction or installation services is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
