Director of Finance And Administration

We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Director of Finance and Administration for our client in Lexington, SC. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working collaboratively on a small team and has previous experience across accounting, human resources, and administrative tasks. This role full time and onsite. Responsibilities: Lead accounting operations including AR, AP, billing, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements Serve as hands-on backup for AR, billing, and AP functions Develop and manage budgets and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to support business decisions Oversee HR and payroll functions including managing the HR Administrator, acting as system administrator for the HR/payroll platform, supporting payroll processing, and administering benefits and open enrollment Support business operations and strategy by helping develop strategic plans, KPIs, employee guidelines, and cross-department collaboration Qualifications: 5+ years of relative experience Previous experience in management and overseeing a team Bachelor’s degree is required Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement plan Paid holidays and paid vacation Compensation: $70-95k depending on experience
