Full Stack Developer — Revenue Systems & AutomationRoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain the custom tools, integrations, dashboards, and automation that support our sales and marketing operations.You will work closely with a Senior Full Stack Developer to connect systems such as HubSpot, Aloware, Mixpanel, Meta, and Google; automate how leads move through the business; and build internal tools used by our teams.This is a hands-on coding role—not a CRM administrator position. You will work on both the user-facing side of applications and the technology operating behind the scenes, including APIs, databases, automation, and data movement.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in full-stack development and is ready to take ownership of assigned projects while continuing to grow under the guidance of a senior developer.Core ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack DevelopmentBuild and maintain internal applications, tools, and dashboardsDevelop user-facing screens as well as the backend technology powering themTurn business requirements into functional, reliable softwareWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeComplete assigned features from development through testing and releaseIntegrations and AutomationConnect HubSpot, Aloware, Mixpanel, Meta, Google, and other business platformsBuild and maintain APIs, webhooks, and automated data-sync processesHelp automate lead routing, salesperson assignment, notifications, follow-up, and lifecycle stagesTroubleshoot failed integrations, missing data, and broken workflowsHelp ensure leads move correctly from advertisements and forms into the CRM and sales teamData and ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadershipWrite SQL queries and work with databasesHelp keep lead, sales, marketing, and attribution data accurate across systemsInvestigate reporting discrepancies and identify their sourceAdd validation and monitoring to catch data problems earlyAI and Workflow DevelopmentSupport the development of AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, follow-up, re-engagement, and sales enablementConnect AI tools and APIs with existing business systemsTest AI workflows and monitor their performanceTesting and System SupportTest new tools, integrations, and automation before deploymentMonitor systems and respond when something breaksIdentify and fix bugs across applications, APIs, databases, and integrationsDocument technical processes and common troubleshooting stepsWork with the Senior Full Stack Developer on larger technical projectsQualifications2–4 years of professional full-stack development experienceExperience building both frontend applications and backend systemsProficiency with JavaScript or TypeScriptExperience with technologies such as React, Node.js, and PythonExperience building or working with REST APIs and webhooksWorking knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic data modelingExperience with Git, testing, debugging, and software deploymentExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to follow technical direction and independently complete assigned projectsStrong attention to detail, especially when working with revenue and reporting dataPreferred QualificationsExperience with HubSpot or another CRM platformFamiliarity with Mixpanel, Segment, Aloware, Meta, or Google integrationsExperience building internal dashboards or operational toolsExposure to AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered automationUnderstanding of lead routing, sales funnels, attribution, or revenue operationsExperience with serverless functions or automated data-sync servicesCompensationBase salary: $100,000–$110,000, based on experienceWhat Success Looks LikeInternal tools and assigned features are delivered accurately and on scheduleLeads and data move reliably between connected platformsBroken integrations and automation are identified and resolved quicklyDashboards provide accurate and trustworthy informationCode and systems are properly tested and documentedThe developer gradually takes ownership of increasingly complex projects
