Inbound Dock

DescriptionThe main Inbound Dock responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to loading and unloading trucks, moving material within the worksite while performing the duties as listed below..Benefits: Medical, Dental and Life insurance is available at no charge to the employee. Additional family member coverage is available at reasonable prices.Optional Benefits Include: Vision, short term and long term disability insurance and 401K with 100% employer match of first 3% of contributions and 50% match on the next 2% of contributions.Key Warehouse & Distribution DutiesSupport daily distribution center and warehouse operations.Assist with supply chain and logistics activities.Help maintain accurate inventory through receiving.Perform material handling and cycle counts to keep inventory levels accurate.Participate in cross-docking, dock operations, and freight handling.RequirementsRead and follow work orders or verbal instructions to understand what materials need to be moved.Load and unload materials by hand or using pallets, skids, and lifting devices.Open boxes, containers, and shipments as needed.Move products on and off pallets safely and efficiently.Attach labels or tags to materials and ensure all products are correctly identified.Stack products on pallets and wrap them for secure transport.Operate electric or manual pallet jacks to load, move, and position materials.
