Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to ensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient and staff interactions.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or customer service field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior informal or formal leadership experience is preferred. Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
