Project Engineer – Construction Consultancy📍 Honolulu Metropolitan Area (WFH opportunities)💰 Salary: DOEProject Engineer The Project Engineer plays an important role in supporting the project management team by helping coordinate both design and construction activities. Working under the guidance of a senior Project Engineer, this role assists in planning, organizing, and tracking key project elements to help ensure successful delivery.You’ll contribute to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities, applying standard engineering techniques and sound judgment to support project objectives. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities to add value and help deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.What You’ll DoSupport the planning, organization, coordination, and completion of engineering projectsSet up and maintain standard project files and documentationReview designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contract requirementsHelp coordinate scheduling and resolve design or construction challengesAssist in reviewing and processing design changes, specifications, and drawing updatesMonitor project expenditures within budget guidelinesCommunicate regularly with senior project leadership regarding issues or risksMaintain accurate, timely work while managing multiple prioritiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partnersContribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving successful project outcomesTake initiative in identifying ways to improve processes and add value to projectsSupport the team with additional responsibilities as neededWho You AreThe ideal candidate is positive, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting strong commercial results.
