Regional Sales Manager - Dallas and Houston

Job Description Empire Auto Parts is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations across the Dallas and Houston markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing sales teams, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Empire’s market presence within the region. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong automotive aftermarket knowledge and a proven track record in B2B sales management.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop regional sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targetsOversee sales operations across Dallas and Houston, ensuring consistent execution of Empire Auto Parts’ sales strategyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, body shops, dealerships, and wholesale customersIdentify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives within the regionAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to adjust strategy and maximize resultsCollaborate closely with operations, pricing, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experienceSet clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and implement training or corrective actions as neededManage regional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practicesTravel regularly within the region to support teams and customersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, wholesale distribution, or related industry3+ years of sales leadership or regional management experienceProven ability xaygatp to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver consistent growthStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing large territories and diverse customer basesProficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsAbility to travel frequently within the Dallas and Houston regionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with collision parts, aftermarket auto parts, or distribution-based sales modelsStrong understanding of body shop and dealership sales cyclesHistory of successfully launching or expanding markets
