This position ensures smooth coordination between staff and program needs, assists with compliance and documentation, and provides essential support to the Program Manager to help maintain quality service delivery and organizational efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the administrative duties of the ID/DD Medicaid Waiver Services.Processing all documents for payroll purposes.CentralReach (CR) inputting and converting.Coordinate Direct Service Workers and Supervisors to ensure the fulfillment of authorized services.Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to support program operations.Assist with audits, tracking staff credentialing, and quality assurance reviews.Assist the Program Manager with new hire orientation and annual trainings.Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteGood communication skills, both orally and in writingAbility to plan, organize and meet strict timelinesFamiliarity with CentralReach and Sandata is a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of developmental disabilities/intellectual disabilitiesis a plus, but not requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Health insuranceVision insurancePaid time off12 annual paid holidays in observance of state and federal holidaysCareer development and opportunitiesAbout Hawaii Behavioral HealthHawaii Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
