Cash Management Manager
Position SummaryOne of our client- Major bank in NYC- is looking for Japanese English Bilingual Cash Management Manager. It is Hybrid in NYC.Responsibilities Support and manage implementation of cash management services for corporate clients Coordinate with clients, sales, product managers, operations, IT, vendors, and overseas offices Confirm client requirements and service configurations for CMS Prepare, review, and process CMS-related agreements and registration documentation Support initial system setup, testing, and post-go-live stabilization Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel with appropriate prioritization Monitor services after onboarding and support issue resolution Maintain implementation records, deal lists, and reporting Participate in product enhancements and internal process improvement initiatives Handling cross-border implementation projects in collaboration with overseas offices QualificationsBusiness-level proficiency in both English and Japanese Bachelor’s degree or higher 2–5 years of experience in financial services, transaction banking, or a related field Willingness to learn internal systems, products, and processes Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders Preferred QualificationsKorean language proficiency Experience with Host-to-Host connectivity and/or cash management products (e.g. payments, liquidity management, pooling) Experience in transaction banking or cash management implementations IT-related knowledge or experience working with systems, connectivity, or technical teams Experience supporting cross-border or multi-regional projects Experience working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment LOCATION New York City, NYWORK STYLE HybridSALARY USD90,000-95,000BENEFITS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K And Others#countryUS
