SQL DEVELOPER

As a SQL Developer at VigorCare, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of our data, allowing us to deliver high-quality care to our patients. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to identify and implement database solutions that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for various applications and systems within the organization Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving issues, and implementing best practices Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity, security, and availability Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner Develop and maintain documentation of database structure, processes, and procedures Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions to support their business processes Participate in database design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong knowledge of SQL and database management Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery procedures Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively At VigorCare, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
