This is an opportunity to own your day, build relationships, and directly impact your income and your future.What You'll Do:Service and troubleshoot installed waterproofing and foundation systemsIdentify issues and clearly explain solutions to homeownersClean, rebuild, and maintain sump pump systemsRecommend additional protection when it genuinely benefits the customerWork independently in the field while staying connected to the teamHit performance goals and grow your incomeWhat We’re Looking For:Strong communicator who can build trust quicklySelf-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to doMechanically inclined—you enjoy figuring things out and fixing problemsCustomer-first mindset with a natural ability to educate, not pressureSales confidence (or the drive to develop it)Experience in construction, waterproofing, or in-home sales is a plus—but not requiredValid driver’s license with a clean MVRBlackburn Foundation Repair is an equal opportunity employer.#hc243562
