Retail Client Representative - Entry Level

The Customer Support Team is responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, information and just a friendly face representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity with all interactions! This is a RETAIL position. NO remote or hybrid positions available!Job Responsibilities· Update existing accounts and/or create new customer account set up· Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge & proper follow-up· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' account· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions· Present marketing presentationsRequirements· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients· Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skillsPosition DetailsHours : Full Time (40+ hours a week) & Part Time available (30 hours minimum per week)Pay : Hourly + uncapped commission and bonuses with weekly payOn Site Only - No Remote.
