The company designs, produces, and sells a broad portfolio of smart device accessories and mobile imaging gear, serving millions of end-users worldwide through e-commerce and retail channels.Recognized for innovation with multiple national technology enterprise designations, the brand holds strategic partnerships with several global consumer electronics leaders and dominates its category across APAC and European markets.A direct-to-consumer presence in the US already exists with validated product-market fit. The company is now investing to scale its North American operation into a major revenue pillar — and needs a commercial leader to make it happen.The OpportunityThe US is the brand's largest addressable market and its most underpenetrated. Strong organic traction has been built on Amazon and the DTC website, but the commercial infrastructure — retail partnerships, brand positioning, team — has not yet been built to match the product capability.This is a scaling mandate, not a turnaround. The products work. The supply chain is owned. The economics are healthy. The company needs a senior commercial leader who can architect multi-channel growth and build the US organization from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the US P&L — build and execute a multi-channel commercial strategy spanning Amazon Marketplace, DTC e-commerce, and wholesale/retail.Drive retail expansion — identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with mass retail, specialty, and distributor channels in the US.Scale e-commerce — grow Amazon to a category-leading position and scale the DTC site through performance marketing and channel optimization.Build the US brand — develop influencer, ambassador, and content-creator programs; represent the brand at US industry events.Lead the team — recruit and manage a lean US commercial organization covering sales, marketing, e-comm ops, and customer experience.Bridge HQ — collaborate with global product and supply chain teams to align US market needs with product development.What We're Looking For10+ years of commercial leadership in consumer electronics, accessories, or related consumer product categories, OEM & ODM experience are nice to have.Retail track record — you have opened and managed relationships with US mass retail or specialty retail buyers.P&L ownership of $15M+ US revenue, with fluency in margin structure and channel economics.Experience working with Asia-based supply chains or headquarters — you know how to bridge time zones, communication styles, and cultural expectations.Builder mindset — you thrive in a lean, high-autonomy environment where the playbook is yours to write.Why This RoleProven product, no product risk — self-owned manufacturing, validated demand, positive reviews, strong margins.Greenfield with backing — you architect the US strategy with the resources of a profitable, growth-committed parent company.Timing is real — this is a board-level priority with aligned leadership and committed capital.Runway to global leadership — success here builds a path to broader Americas or CRO-level responsibility.Competitive package — executive compensation with performance bonus and long-term incentive.To ApplyThis mandate is managed confidentially.
