You will handle triage, investigations, stakeholder notifications, and ensure accurate documentation in Macquarie's GRC system, OpenPages, while driving continuous improvement in risk management practices. Additionally, you will contribute to Group-wide initiatives and foster strong relationships with MAM Risk and business stakeholders globally.What you offerBachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, or assurance, with strong knowledge of business processes, risks, and controlsExperience in financial markets, particularly asset management, with expertise in analysing non-financial and/or financial risks is advantageousStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset, providing insights and identifying challenges through incident and issue managementSkilled in conducting root cause analysis and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels during investigationsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships within the global risk team and broader Macquarie stakeholders.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.What we offerAt Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
