Administrative Specialist The Administrative Specialist provides essential administrative support to the Division of Industrial Affairs. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining procedures to accurately track program-related inquiries, cases, and documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Your core duties include entering and updating information in a case management system, preparing and processing official correspondence and documents, and coordinating workflow with internal staff as well as state and federal stakeholders. Within this role, you'll ensure timely, accurate processing of sensitive information, maintain organized records, and contribute to the efficient operation of divisional programs and services.
