Especially if you thrive in:Fast-paced, innovative technology-based environmentOpportunities to grow and make an impactBe part of the CLI team that values team membersApply today and fuel the momentum!POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Handling both shipping and receiving of trucks and materials supporting the import operations, and when required, export operations for volume spikesProvide direction to all dock personnel, along with driversCoordinate the production and shipping requirements with the Operations Supervisor to ensure there is no delay or missed shipments to the customerManage the cycle count process to ensure 100% compliance, and will participate in all 4-wall inventory as necessary or required by our customerMaintain performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, morale, and environmentLiaison with customer and supplier as requiredPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Materials and Logistics backgroundWarehouse experience preferred5+ years leading/directing hourly personnelAbility to drive a forkliftStrong computer skillsKnowledge of ERP systemsAbility to train others on processes and proceduresLean manufacturing experience desirableStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSchedule/ Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM- 12:30 AMLocation: Spring Hill, TNTravel Requirements: None / On-SiteOver Time: As needed based on production support (This position is eligible for extra time compensation)Benefits/Perks:Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K Match, & PTOCareer development: Opportunity for advancementTraining: Comprehensive training to fuel your growth and success!About The CompanyBuilt for precision.
