This role is fully in-person and plays a key part in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and operational decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementBuild, enhance, and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-makingDevelop automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve efficiency and data accuracyEvaluate historical and current financial performance to assess organizational healthDesign and maintain budgeting tools to support new business segmentsResearch industry trends, market conditions, and competitor insightsAssess capital expenditures, asset depreciation, and return on investmentPartner with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance trackingPerform additional finance-related duties as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA preferred)2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecastingAdvanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulasPower BI experience requiredStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholdersHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
