This role oversees project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Project Manager will work closely with operations teams, field personnel, vendors, insurance partners, and customers to maintain project momentum, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a high level of service throughout the restoration process. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of restoration and reconstruction projects according to predetermined timelines and budgetsManage multiple active restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, adjusters, and clients to ensure timely project executionDevelop project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverablesConduct site visits to assess project progress, identify issues, and ensure work is completed according to scope and quality standardsMonitor project profitability, job costing, and margin performance throughout the project lifecycleTrack project risks, delays, and issues, implementing corrective actions as neededCommunicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly with customers and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all applicable safety standards, building codes, and company proceduresReview estimates, change orders, invoices, and project documentation for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with estimating, sales, and operations teams to support project handoff and executionMaintain detailed project records, job documentation, photos, and communication logsFoster strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive communicationParticipate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experienceQualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in project management within restoration, construction, renovation, or related industriesExperience managing restoration, insurance-related, reconstruction, or emergency service projects preferredStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, job costing, and scheduling practicesKnowledge of restoration processes including mitigation, reconstruction, water damage, fire damage, and emergency response is preferredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and client communication skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/construction softwareAbility to read and interpret scopes, estimates, and project documentationOtherAll offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesSalary Description$75,000 - $80,000 + Commission
