This position serves as a bridge between order entry, warehouse operations, and shipping, helping maintain smooth workflow, inventory accuracy, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Your ImpactReview, process, and prioritize incoming customer orders for fulfillmentCoordinator with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipmentUtilize the WMS system to monitor order statuses and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or other issuesVerify order accuracy, including quantities, product specifications, and shipping detailsGenerate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, labels, etc.)Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order and shipping processesYour Experience And QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferredExperience with ERP and/or warehouse management systemsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Effective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 poundsYour CompensationThis position will pay within the range of $18.00/hr-$21.00/hr, based on experience. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures.
