Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Equipment Finance Business Development professional. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and building relationships with potential partners and clients, facilitating capital and origination partnerships, and analyzing market trends for new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining strong client relationships, aligning solutions to client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize offerings and services tailored to the equipment finance industry. Qualifications Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Heavy Equipment operationsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive MaintenanceDemonstrated ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and foster client relationshipsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work remotely and independently with a results-driven mindsetExperience in equipment finance or related industries is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
