Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.The ideal candidate will be located near any of our hub locations: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Burlington, VT; Cherry Hill, NJ; Rochester, NY; Tampa, FL; or Santa Ana, CA.How you will contribute The AsureWorks Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth within the 25–150 employee market segment by selling high-value, multi-product payroll and HR outsourcing solutions.AsureWorks is a fully managed payroll and HR administrative solution built on a single HCM platform. Designed for organizations that want more than technology, AsureWorks eliminates administrative burden through a comprehensive outsourced model.This role is ideal for a high-performing, consultative sales professional with experience selling HCM, PEO, or ASO solutions and a proven track record of exceeding quota. The AsureWorks Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close new business through strategic discovery, executive-level engagement, and disciplined sales execution.Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking and referralsBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed assigned quotaLead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision makersConduct disciplined discovery (BANT and financial due diligence) to ensure strong client fit and accurate forecastingDevelop and deliver compelling proposals and executive presentationsPartner with Solutions Consultants, Operations, Deal Desk, and specialty teams to architect prescriptive, multi-product solutionsNegotiate mutually beneficial financial agreementsEnsure prospective clients meet operational and financial requirements for the AsureWorks managed solutionAccurately track all sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline management in SalesforceCollaborate cross-functionally to support colleague referrals and drive product attachmentQualifications Bachelor’s degree required4+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience (SaaS preferred)Demonstrated success selling HCM, PEO, ASO, or related workforce solutions strongly preferredProven track record of consistent quota over-achievementStrong net-new logo acquisition mindsetExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly organized with strong territory management disciplineComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel approximately 15–20% as neededCompensationThe base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 and based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
