Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assemble small connector parts and cable assemblies at a workbench using microscopes, magnifying glasses, tweezers, and other hand tools.; Follow written work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of electrical and cable components.; Prepare connectors and cables for assembly, including organizing parts and materials before work begins.; Use microscopes and magnification tools to place and position very small components with precision.; Perform basic inspection of assembled parts to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
