This role focuses on driving successful integration of acquired companies into the organization's IT environment, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. This is a hands-on coordination and execution role. The Lead will work closely with internal IT teams, external partners, and acquired company stakeholders to ensure integrations are delivered on time, with minimal disruption to business operations. The role requires a high degree of independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent integrations in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead day-to-day execution of IT integration workstreams across multiple acquisitions. Develop and manage integration plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and successful delivery against defined objectivesLead detailed planning and execution of Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Define migration approach, sequencing, tooling, and cutover strategy; oversee testing, validation, and post-migration stabilizationCoordinate migration of file data into the organization's standard platform (Box), including migration of on-premise file shares and evaluation of SharePoint and OneDrive content. Partner with stakeholders to determine appropriate migration approaches, recognizing technical and practical limitations (particularly with SharePoint) and ensuring critical business data is retained and accessibleServe as the primary IT point of contact during integrations. Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain alignment throughout the integration lifecyclePlan and execute cutover activities, including onsite coordination when required. Lead post-integration support, ensuring a smooth transition for end users and timely resolution of issuesExecute and refine IT integration playbooks and standards to improve consistency and scalability. Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes, tooling, and documentation over timeSupport IT due diligence efforts as needed by assessing acquired company environments and identifying risks, dependencies, and integration considerationsRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-10+ years of experience in IT, with direct experience supporting or leading M&A IT integrations Hands-on experience leading Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in production environments Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Experience using migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Quest, ShareGate, or similar) Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams without direct authority Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skillsExperience working in organizations with an active acquisition strategy is preferredExperience supporting IT due diligence activities is preferredBackground in consulting or integration-focused roles is nice to havePreferred experience in developing or refining integration playbooks Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting.
