OPERATIONS WORKER (3696)

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Mowing grass, trimming, pruning, edging, flower bed care, trash pick-up,restroom and bathhouse cleaning, lake maintenance, equipment care, office andfacility cleaning, painting, playground maintenance, athletic field and courtmaintenance, construction projects assistance as required.• Responsible for performing related functions as required.• Must be willing to learn how to operate maintenance equipment. This includesmowers, tractors, trucks, and other park maintenance equipment.• May be required to perform other Park duties as designated by Ceraland ParkManagement.HOURS OF WORK:• Varies according to the season, weekdays, weekends and holidays are required.• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license withoutrestrictions.REQUIREMENTS:
