Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview: Our healthcare facility is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. Duties: - Conduct clinical assessments and provide individualized therapy sessions to clients - Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans - Offer clinical counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups - Utilize clinical research skills to stay current with best practices in the field - Engage in data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and outcomes - Provide home and community care services as needed - Facilitate group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns - Incorporate Christian counseling principles for clients seeking faith-based support Qualifications: - Must hold a valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker - Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution - Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans - Experience in utilizing coding for accurate documentation and billing processes - Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing - Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of our community.
