Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist for our Kearney office to provide comprehensive mental health, substance use, and co-occurring services for adults, youth, and adolescents.Conduct mental health and substance use assessments, individual and family therapy, and facilitate group sessions.Collaborate with stakeholders such as probation, drug court, and DHHS involved in client care.Salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, with bonuses, a $5,000 hiring incentive, and student loan repayment options.Require PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP licensure; substance use certification preferred.Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, paid training, licensure support, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedule.Join a collaborative team dedicated to mental health and substance use treatment in an in-person role, Monday through Friday.
