The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, Generative AI frameworks, and experience working within financial services or regulated environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable applications using Python and Generative AI technologiesBuild and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, document processing, automation tools)Work with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Hugging FaceDevelop data pipelines and AI workflows using PySpark / big data toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teamsEnsure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and governance standardsOptimize model performance, prompt engineering, and deployment strategiesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and production support Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in Python development & overall 8+ years in Software developmentHands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMsStrong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architectureExperience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)Experience with PySpark / data engineering is a plusUnderstanding of banking / financial services domain preferredStrong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to HaveExperience in model fine-tuning and prompt optimizationExposure to MLOps / CI-CD pipelinesKnowledge of compliance frameworks in banking (e.g., risk, audit, governance)
