The work emphasizes policy interpretation, liability analysis, evaluation of professional standards of care, and negotiated resolution.Although this is a claims adjuster role, we intentionally seek candidates with a Juris Doctor because legal training aligns well with the complexity and judgment necessary to succeed. Bar admission is not required.Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to quickly learn claims management and case tracking systemsThis is a claims adjuster role with a legal and professional liability focus.
