About the Role
Our ideal candidate is an experienced engineer able to guide how we
manage data to build products and systems. The candidate would be
collaborating across engineering and cloud infrastructure teams
supporting a SaaS digital marketing platform. While some ETL processes
might be involved, the primary focus of this role is guiding how we
manage data to build effective products and systems.
We seek an engineer who is a

the platforming teams to effect positive change for our platforms
Decision maker – you can guide discussions and balance pros/cons
without knowing all the details with a bias to action

Compensation
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Primary Skills, Responsibilities & Qualifications
10+ years experience developing web-based, cloud-hosted software
in a team environment
5+ years of T-SQL and SQL Server experience
Strong understanding of cloud environments and site reliability (AWS,
DataDog, DPA)
Strong understanding of Devops principles and systems (CI/CD,
Github, Jenkins)
Familiarity with coding languages (C#, Python, Powershell)
Familiarity with AI and Agentic approaches to data
Well-rounded knowledge of platform architecture
Passion for coaching and mentoring
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and
responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up
(5mbps/3mbps)
