Qualifications and Detail about the Position:Broad Function The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within a geographical area, identifying leads, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position executes sales plans and revise as needed to meet sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager develops strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to support the customer through the sales process.Essential Functions:Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the businessExecute strategic sales plans to accommodate regional sales quotas and goalsAssemble deliverables prepared before passing to clientPossess a thorough understanding of Brock's capabilities, identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to the line of businessLocate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunitiesEffectively convey Brock's message in written/verbal sales discussionsIdentify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for changeEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key plant/job-site stakeholdersAccountable for knowing and understanding the "well-being" of assigned plant sitesIdentify customer issues and works with the operational lead to provide resolutionUtilize subject matter experts within the sales functionEnsure assigned action items are completed within the timeframe identified from the account management sideDevelop solid working relationship with the operations team for the good of the customer and corporationUtilize CRM to track and prepare reports of business opportunitiesRepresents company at trade association meetings to promote servicesWorking Conditions:Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locationsWorking indoors in an office environmentUtilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessaryFrequent travel as requiredSkills & Abilities:Knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communication skills combined with strong business acumen to engage customers and to communicate complex ideas clearly, simply, and convincinglyAbility to always demonstrate the highest personal integrity and ethical standardsMust focus on the fundamentals of sound / ethical business practicesDemonstrate critical thinking skills required of a professional business leaderAbility to develop and implement standard work practicesStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesExcellent negotiation skillsExcellent networking skillsAbility to identify and solve problems effectivelyBuilds and maintains strong collaborative relationships at all levels internally and externallyProficient in Microsoft Office and in CRM systemsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of experience in salesSpecialty services background preferred (maintenance services, painting, insulation, scaffolding)Bilingual a plus Location Information:Brock West Benicia OfficeLocation of Job: US: CA: BeniciaShift:Exempt: YesWork Type: Full TimeWorking Conditions:We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
