Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview In this role you will design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions, building AI-enabled full-stack apps and orchestration frameworks. You will work with modern web tech and cloud-native architectures, integrating LLMs, AI agents, data, APIs, and knowledge bases to automate workflows. You’ll own tasks end-to-end and partner with clients, with a hybrid setup in Irving, TX and on-site presence expected. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position tackling advanced AI-driven systems at scale. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop GenAI-powered solutions and AI-enabled full-stack applicationsBuild AI orchestration frameworks integrating LLMs, agents, data, APIs, knowledge bases, and workflow automationWork independently with full ownership from initiation to resolutionCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutionsMaintain and deploy code with CI/CD pipelines and modern toolingParticipate in a hybrid work arrangement requiring presence in the client office up to four days per week Key requirementsStrong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python)Proficiency in Java 17 with Spring Boot microservice developmentExperience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven and microservices architectureHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer toolingStrong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., OCP, GCP)GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have)Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude and Cursor/Copilot-equivalent toolsKnowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, agent-based workflows, multi-agent architectures & MCP servers and integrations16+ years of experienceself-driven and able to work with minimal supervisionownership mindsetstrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsJava 17Spring Bootmicroservices
