Understand dependencies, interfaces, and services across assigned components and related systems.πŸ“… Estimate and plan your own work effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational requirements.πŸ› οΈ Lead requirements sessions to enhance business processes and information flow.Support the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.πŸ—‚οΈ Create process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide development teams.Conduct in-depth testing and provide post-implementation support.πŸŽ“ Deliver training and orientation to end users for new and modified systems. Perform configuration activities within supported platforms.βœ… Minimum Requirements:πŸ’Ό 5+ years experience delivering and supporting Workday Financials, Revenue Management, and Procurement.5+ years experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio).πŸ“Š 5+ years experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.5+ years experience in business analysis and implementing packaged application software in Accounting and Finance.πŸ“š Strong knowledge of Accounting/Finance processes (Q2C, OTC, P2P, RTR).5+ years experience documenting business process flows using MS Visio or similar.πŸ§ͺ 5+ years experience translating requirements into test scripts and supporting user testing.3+ years experience using Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence or similar agile toolsets.🧾 3+ years experience with IT ticketing software (Quality Center, ServiceNow, JIRA). 3+ years experience with SharePoint for document management.🌍 3+ years experience working with geographically distributed teams. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.πŸ—£οΈ Strong communication skills across technical and business levels. Ability to learn and adopt new platforms and processes.πŸ” Experience with general application user access and administration concepts.
