Part-Time HR Generalist
Overview:We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to support the “people side” of the business in a highly manual, build-from-scratch environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small or family-owned organizations and is excited to create structure, processes, and tools from the ground up.Company Size: 50 EEKey Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting (cradle-to-grave) across a variety of roles, including production assemblers through engineering positions (currently supporting 3 open roles)Lead onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experienceSupport employee retention initiatives and day-to-day HR operations (“blocking and tackling”)Partner with leadership to build and implement foundational HR processes, tools, and workflowsLeverage and refine the existing employee handbook to support compliance and consistencyOperate in a highly manual environment with little to no existing systems or HR technologyQualifications:Experience in HR Generalist and/or HR Operations rolesProven ability to build processes and infrastructure from the ground upBackground supporting small to mid-sized or family-owned organizationsComfortable working with limited direction and taking full ownership of deliverablesHands-on, proactive, and willing to roll up sleeves to get things donePatient and adaptable in environments with limited tools and evolving structureBenefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
