This is a support-focused role designed to help keep projects moving by handling time-consuming, repetitive, and detail-driven work.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and jumping in wherever help is needed. The role will support multiple areas of the team and may shift priorities daily based on workload.Operations Support SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Task SupportPerform basic quality checks on marketing materials before releaseValidate key details such as: Phone numbersURLs / QR codesGeneral accuracy of content and formattingFollow simple checklists to ensure consistency and accuracyOperational & Administrative SupportAssist with repetitive, time-consuming, and detail-oriented tasks across the teamSupport data entry, data cleanup, and general task executionHelp maintain organization across projects and internal systemsStep in to assist team members during high-volume periods or tight deadlinesCampaign & Workflow SupportHelp track and update project statuses in tools like AsanaAssist with basic campaign setup tasks and preparationEnsure tasks are moving through the workflow and flag delays when neededGather missing information and follow up with internal teamsSystems & Data SupportAssist with uploading lists and updating basic information in tools such as: PipedriveMailjetAsanaPerform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completenessIdentify issues or inconsistencies and elevate when neededOperations Support SpecialistQualificationsRequiredExperience in an administrative, operations, or support roleStrong attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks accuratelyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPositive attitude and willingness to support wherever neededPreferredExperience with project management tools or CRM systemsExposure to marketing, campaigns, or data-related tasksExperience following checklists or structured processesBenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive health coverage, including dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan.Generous paid time off.J-18808-Ljbffr
