We exist to be a LITE in the Darkness and are looking for a high-performing closer with in-home residential sales experience.The Role Our inside sales team provides a steady flow of qualified in-home appointments. You show up, build trust, and close. You'll also self-generate leads through referrals and local prospecting.Run in-home consultationsOwn your pipeline with same-day recaps and structured follow-upMaintain CRM accuracy and deliver detailed, clean estimatesWho We're Looking For Driven - You push through rejection and are obsessed with closingDisciplined - You live by your metrics and follow the process dailyHumble - You take coaching, support the team, and check your ego at the doorExperienced - Background in high-end in-home residential sales (e.g. windows, pools, roofing, solar)Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable with CRM and mobile toolsMust pass background check, driving record check, and drug screeningCompensation & Benefits Training Pay - $1,000/week for your first 6 weeks100% Commission - Uncapped earning potential after trainingGuaranteed Commission - $1,000 guaranteed per paycheck, paid biweeklyFull Benefits - Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTOCompany Phone & iPad - Provided from day oneVehicle & Gas Card - After 90 days, contingent on performanceCareer Path - Advancement tied to performance milestonesWe use in-house crews, stand behind every installation, and build relationships that last.
