NEW EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 15 DAYS OF PAID VACATION PER CALENDAR YEAR AND 11 PAID COMPANY HOLIDAYS.$1,000 REFERRAL BONUS FOR ANYONE THAT IS REFERRED THAT GETS HIRED BY THE COMPANYWork Hours:Mon - Fri 7:00am-4:30pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Properly set up and operate the manufacturing machine.Complete the various verification procedures and all preventative maintenance requirements-daily, weekly, and monthly for the machine.Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for all parts and surrounding area of the machine.Ensure all safety requirements are maintained while setting up, running and maintaining this piece of equipment.Maintain all required tools for successful set-up, operation and maintenance of the machine.Must be properly trained in material handling and forklift duties.Works with all other plant personnel to ensure efficient operation of the plant.Assist Plant General Manager and Pail Line Manager with any other duties or responsibilities as required.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year manufacturing machine operation experienceMechanical knowledge is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong communications skillsAbility to work well as a teamExperience in a high volume, fast paced environmentCleveland Steel Container was founded in 1963 to provide customers with a dependable steel pail. Currently, we have four pail plants located strategically throughout the United States to support our customers. At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails. At our Youngstown facility, we manufacture 1-gallon cans.
