We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.We are seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations to join our Revenue leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and leading a high-performing team of 7, you will own the end-to-end consultant relations strategy to eliminate barriers to mental health. This is a full-time, remote position that requires significant travel, typically 4 to 6 times per quarter, to engage with consulting partners and attend industry events.What You’ll DoBuild and execute a consultant relations strategy that drives Spring Health awareness and advocacy across the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit spaceLead and develop a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers by providing clear feedback and guidance that enables growthDrive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firmsEducate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top‑tier consulting firmsPartner with internal marketing to execute targeted consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and eventsCollaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on our shared missionProvide competitive intelligence and consultant viewpoints to internal stakeholders to inform product and growth roadmapsCreate an environment of psychological safety and trust where your team can debate ideas and learn from mistakesTranslate company strategy into clear goals and success criteria for the Alliances teamManage team capacity and remove obstacles to ensure sustainable, high‑bar performanceWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleAchieve a specific percentage increase in qualified pipeline generated through consultant channels within the first fiscal yearMeet or exceed annual New Bookings targets attributed to Strategic Alliance partnershipsMaintain high team engagement and retention scores as measured through quarterly engagement surveysEstablish formal partnership status or preferred provider recognition with at least two of the top three national consulting firmsSuccessfully integrate consultant feedback into the product roadmap, resulting in at least two major feature or service enhancementsWhat You’ll Bring7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environmentProven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clientsDeep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firmsExpertise in navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward actionExceptional communication skills with the ability to practice candor with care in high‑stakes negotiationsStrong analytical rigor and a data‑driven approach to identifying market opportunitiesAuthentic alignment with our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcareThe target salary range for this position is $225,000–$257,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
