All JMM eyewear is ethically sourced and produced with the utmost respect for industry partners' environment and wellbeing.Role OverviewAs the Jacques Marie Mage Senior Gallerist, reporting to the Gallery Director, you are in a hybrid Operations and Selling role. The aim is to create consistency in gallery preparedness to deliver the client experience. You will learn key operational processes to broaden your skill set to support in driving operational excellence. Through the delivery of the client experience and storytelling you will ensure each client leaves our Galleries in awe remembering the way we made them feel.Your responsibilities are – but are not limited toKey ResponsibilitiesInventory control and stock managementEnsure galleries are stocked in supplies required to deliver optimal client experienceActively assist in the gallery; ensuring each client is being attended toStorytell to submerge the client into the unique and intentional world of JMMAct with intention to go above and beyond to deliver the best client experienceAdhere to policies and proceduresOperational ExcellenceMaintain and elevate operational processes within GalleryResponsible for inventory control, cycle counts, product care and shipmentsMaintain systems and processes POS/Cash LogOversee all incoming and outgoing repairsProvide support with Vendor ManagementOversee Gallery communication (Phone/Email)Client ExperienceConsistently achieve individual sales targets and KPI'sWork directly with clients going above and beyond ensuring all their needs are metAssist clients in choosing the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needsEstablish and maintain a strong client book >30% appointmentsKey Requirements3+ years retail experienceExperience in a luxury environmentProficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and ShopifyImpeccable speaking and communication skillsMaintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentalityAbility to work under pressure and multitaskExperience working in a client based businessABOC License is a plusAdditional informationJacques Marie Mage is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
