Job Title: Project Manager 3Duration: 7 years (Long term role)Location: 7821 River Road Waynesboro, GA 30830Shift Timing: Mon - Fri Standard ShiftKey Responsibilities:Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources.Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders.Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges.Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management.Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies.Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams.Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies.Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required.Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred
