Directeur finance gestion (H/F)

Job Summary:As our Director of Finance & Accounting, you'll be the financial backbone of our operations. You'll ensure every project runs on a solid financial foundation—tracking costs, safeguarding compliance, and providing insights that help our leadership make confident, strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting:Manage all regional accounting functions, including accounts payable coordination, accounts receivable support, intercompany transactions and general ledger maintenance.Oversee job cost allocations and analyze WIP Schedules, revenue recognition and unbilled revenue.Implement and maintain electronic and automated expense management toolsImplement policies and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely accounting of all transactionsEnsure compliance with GAAP principlesFinancial Reporting:Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes and proceduresDevelop and manage the monthly account reconciliation processPrepare regional financial reports and deliver variance analysis to corporate leadership and operations teams.Monitor subsidiary performance against budgets and forecasts; highlight risks and opportunitiesSupport the Corporate Controller in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statementsSupport the cross functional development and maintenance of dashboard reports to effectively manage the businessSupport forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes with accurate historical data and projectionsSupport the preparation and coordination of annual financial audits and tax returns.Treasury Management:Manage the collection and booking of all accounts receivableManage the payment of all accounts payable and other expensesOther Responsibilities:Assist in the development, refinement and documentation of business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsSupport and assist the implementation of cloud-based ERPReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and proceduresProvide input into the department's goal setting processQualifications~ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred~5+ years of progressive accounting management experience~ Construction or specialty subcontractor experience, including job cost and WIP accounting.~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with high accuracy standards~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross functionally throughout the organization~ Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Jonas) and financial reporting tools~ Leadership and team management abilitiesBenefits:We offer a competitive total compensation package.
