For more information on MAJOR please visit, choose-major.com and majorpaintingco.com.Target Market: Property Managers, Facility Managers, Corporate Facilities and all Commercial clients MAJOR can directly assist.Services Offered: Interior & Exterior Painting, Carpentry & Handyman Services, Warehouse Floor & Concrete Repair, High Performance Floor Coatings, Traditional Flooring, Expansion Joint Sealants, Joint Filler, Concrete Sealing/Densifier, and General Construction Projects Position Overview:The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities include jobsite safety, quality control, and project coordination, ensuring all projects are executed on budget and in a timely fashion, resulting in a positive experience for the client. The Project Manager will ensure the company is being efficient in its operations by overseeing the in-house field employees and subcontractors as well as working directly with the salesperson and client to make sure the project is executed on schedule and budget. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in making sure all jobs are on budget, the correct materials and working equipment are supplied, safety standards are being met, field work is being completed per industry standards, and the project is executed per MAJORs quality and safety standards, resulting in a positive experience for the client. Key Job Responsibilities:- 40+ hours per week; Standard Week: Monday – Friday, Some Saturday as needed- Project Management:o Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet all technical, financial, and safety requirements.o Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.o Monitor project progress and execute adjustments as needed to stay within scope, budget, and timeline.o Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project plans align with client needs and specifications.o Manage and track project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and ensuring all expenditures align with project goals.o Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of work and adherence to project specifications.o Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during construction, negotiating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.o Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide status updates and manage expectations.o Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.o Ensure all documentation related to project contracts, changes, and approvals is accurate and up-to-date.- Project Estimating:o Meet with clients to review and price projectso Provide Proposals via Knowifyo Schedule, Manage, Job Cost and Execute Sold Projects Preferred Skills:- Organized and ability to multi-task- Positive attitude, Results driven, Energetic and Urgent- Coachable - Effectively listen and communicate to team members and clients- Critically solve problems in a timely manner, conflict management- Bilingual (preferred) Preferred Experience:- Four-year college degree- 5+ years of experience in management, consulting or sales- 5+ years as a Field Laborer- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel)- Must possess a valid Driver’s License- Must pass a criminal background check and drug testYear 1 Compensation: o Dates: TBD o Annual Salary: $80,000.00+, paid biweekly(2x Per Month)o Company Trucko Dental, health, and vision Insurance o 10 Total Days of Vacation, PTO, Sick Days
