Title: Administrative Assistant-Information & Records SpecialistPosition Type: Contract role with potential extensions(3 months to begin with)Location: Massachusetts Ave Cambridge, MA 02138(Hybrid-3 to 4 days/week)Work schedule: 35hrs a week 9a-5pm ESTLooking for: Possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Has strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience with computer technologies such as Microsoft Office suite Higher Ed experience a plus! Additional job details • Serves customers of the FAS Registrar's Office directly either by telephone, email ,or face to face.• Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and issues.• Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.• Responsible for the credentialing functions of the FAS Registrar’s Office which includes student records, transcripts, degree & enrolment verifications, and other duties as assigned.
