Aerospace System Engineer

Job Title : Aerospace System Engineers Location : Everett, WA (Onsite) Duration : Full Time Cyient is looking for experienced Avionics System Engineers with direct experience in the Aerospace industry to work on the Flight Controls/Avionics Systems on the Boeing 777-9 aircraft. You should have demonstrated experience with IBM Rational Doors tool, DO-254 & DO-178C standards and knowledge of current FAA certification(s) and airworthiness requirements. You Will: Utilize IBM Rational DOORS tool to work on Systems Engineering on the Boeing 777-9 aircraft program. Develop and review avionics flight systems. Be responsible for performing decomposition checks, completeness and correctness checks and incorporating changes into the Boeing database Work with a U.S. based team, both onsite in Everett, WA and other teams other locations. Prepare, identify and present outcomes, assessments, corrective action, initiatives and lessons learned and contribute in meetings with supplier and support senior members of team. Other duties as assigned. You'll Need: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Electronics/Aeronautical/Mechanical/ Electrical / Systems Engineering. 10+ years of experience as Systems Engineer in Aerospace domain and avionics Systems/Cabin Systems / Flight Controls Systems. Direct experience with DO-254/DO178C standards is mandatory. Direct experience with IBM Rational DOORS in Requirements Management. Knowledge of FAA certification and airworthiness requirements. Ideal candidates will live near Everett, WA [ remote / hybrid candidates will be considered ]. Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen. US Citizenship or Green Card required.
