Location: Remote (Candidate must be able to work within EST)Duration: 6+ Months with possibility to extend and convert depending upon Business Needs and PerformanceNote: This is a W2 Position, C2C will not be applicable for this role.Job Description: The client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Adobe AEM Librarian to manage, curate, and optimize our digital asset library within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is critical in ensuring that creative, marketing, and technical teams have seamless access to well-organized, properly tagged, and compliant digital assets. As part of the North American Marketing Strategic Operations and Enablement Team, you will support Digital Asset Management in the US and Canada, performing tasks related to asset ingestion, rights management, metadata integrity, end-user access, training, support, and platform maintenance.Responsibilities:Lead user access management, including troubleshooting via the Adobe Admin Console and Active Directory, and acting as the first line of support for end-user access issues.Manage the full asset lifecycle, including ingestion, cataloging, metadata management, and asset expiry/removal.Ensure metadata integrity and optimize metadata schemas and cataloging taxonomy for enhanced searchability.Provide comprehensive user support, including answering platform questions and performing complex asset searches even with limited information.Develop and maintain training documentation and job aids, and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually.Track requests and provide reporting, utilizing data analysis to identify process improvements and platform enhancements.Manage asset licenses and rights information, ensuring compliance with usage rights and data retention policies.Participate in agile ceremonies, create and update Jira tickets, and work closely with technical teams and developers on platform enhancement work.Support system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and evaluating integrations with other marketing technologies.Experience:2-4 years of overall professional experience.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with content management, digital asset management (DAM) systems, or records and information management.Proven experience with Adobe AEM Assets or other enterprise-level DAM platforms.Direct experience in Adobe platform access management (Adobe Admin Console) and troubleshooting tools like Active Directory and Service Now.Experience working within an Agile methodology using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Experience managing metadata standards, tagging, and complex information organization.Skillsets:Technical Tools: Adobe AEM Assets, Adobe Admin Console, Active Directory, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.Technical Acumen: High technical acumen with the ability to learn new platforms and technical concepts quickly.Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of taxonomy, metadata standards, creative file formats, and rights management (talent contracts, media usage rights).Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data for informed solutions and proactive problem-solving.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on internal customer service.Operations: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) basics and data retention schedules.Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Specialization in Library Sciences or Records and Information Management is highly preferred.Additional Qualifications:Experience working with marketing teams, creative studios, or creative agencies.Knowledge of UX and UI best practices.Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.Certifications: Adobe AEM Assets certification and a degree or certificate in Library Sciences preferred.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
