Quality Director PCB

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Director to lead and scale our quality organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a world-class quality program across our PCB manufacturing operations and global supplier network — from establishing robust processes and ensuring regulatory compliance to overseeing the quality of offshore manufacturing partners and developing a high-performing team. You will report to senior leadership and serve as the internal champion for quality across all functions.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE8+ years of quality experience within PCB or electronics manufacturingStrong working knowledge of IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012Hands-on experience managing ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications and auditsProven experience managing quality KPIs (DPPM, yield, corrective actions)Experience managing and leading remote teams (huge plus if offshore manufacturing partners in Asia)Ability to align operations with quality goals across domestic and offshore facilitiesStrong corrective and preventive action (CAPA) ownershipNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPrevious hands-on work inside a PCB manufacturing factoryExperience with MIL-PRF-31032 certificationAbility and willingness to travel to Asia for supplier qualification audits (up to once per year) Experience qualifying and auditing offshore suppliersFamiliarity with using AI tools in the workplace
