Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.How Role Will Make An ImpactSupport all computer and network requirements for over 250 classified and unclassified systems, to include information assurance, emission security and communication security requirements, and Desk Top support to multiple divisionsMaintain unclassified Non-secure internet protocol router network (NIPRNET) and classified Secure internet protocol router network (SIPRNET) administrative privileges and permissions for JBLE-Langley AFBEfficiently maintain a complete inventory of all hardware and software and effectively project a modernization plan for tech refresh purchase options throughout the yearMaintain DoD 8570 baseline certification training for Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II (Security+) and all Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC), Unit Software License Manager (USLM), Client System Administrator (CSA), and Installation Systems Security Officer (ISSO), and Cybersecurity Liaison (CL) annual training requirementsMaintain several RAID servers for file storage and data backup supporting over 200 personnelMaintain sufficient skills to troubleshoot and repair any AF computer system or subsystem, to include data recoveryDevelop training to educate users on new capabilities or changes to current hardware and software configurationsEnsure that all users understand Information Assurance and Protection.
