SAP Data Migration Lead

We are supporting a key manufacturing client at the early stage of a template rollout. They are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to define and drive the migration strategy from concept phase onwards. Start: ASAP Duration: 8+ Months Location: Remote Languages: Polish and English speaking Type: Contract/Freelance Role/Responsibilities Define and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy from concept/blueprint phase through to execution Identify, structure, and manage data objects in scope (e.g. business partners, materials, finance, etc.) Analyse and document source systems, data sources, and data quality considerations Design and oversee data mapping, cleansing, and validation approaches Establish data governance frameworks and ownership models Define migration tools, methodology, and timelines (e.g. LTMOM / Migration Cockpit), with hands-on involvement where needed Collaborate closely with functional leads (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.) and template owners, particularly in Germany Support planning and execution of mock loads, cutover strategy, and overall migration lifecycle Act as the lead for the data migration stream, bringing strong experience from SAP (ideally S/4HANA) programmes Contribute at both strategic (concept/blueprint) and hands-on levels, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders Support template rollout activities and international deployment considerations J-18808-Ljbffr
