Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area. The Sales Associate will manage customer relationships, generate leads, coordinate service appointments, and provide professional consultations. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing service proposals, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools or platformsKnowledge or interest in lawn care and pest control services is a plusProblem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or related fields are a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling locally
